In the early stages, we utilize LOD 100
conceptual models to establish the basic
massing and layout. As the design progresses,
we develop LOD 200 schematic models with approximate sizes and shapes. This
process culminates in stunningly realistic
3D visualizations and immersive Virtual
Reality (VR) experiences. By allowing clients
to virtually walk through their future space,
we provide an unparalleled understanding
of the atmosphere, materials, and spatial
quality, enabling clear feedback and confident
decision-making before a single wall is built.
For MEP Design: Precision and Clash-Free Coordination
For our technical designs, we develop
highly-detailed LOD 300 models for all
electromechanical systems. These models
contain precise data on the size, location, and
system requirements for HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, and low-current components. By
integrating these detailed MEP models with the
architectural and structural designs, our team
performs rigorous clash detection. This critical
step allows us to identify and resolve any
spatial conflicts digitally , ensuring seamless
coordination and delivering a fully optimized,
clash-free design ready for execution.
